Here I am doing what I used to do for so many years… painting fabulous show dogs. My sister Becky and I used to travel all over showing our dogs. Consequently I ended up pursuing champion dog portraits and to this day I still immensely enjoy trying to capture the regalness of these fine tuned dogs. This little guy, Booker, is almost a champion and his personality is adorable!! Good luck Tamara… he’ll finish soon!!

I have completed my newest painting of Comanche... the ambassador of Never Cry Wolf Rescue and Adoption. I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring by entering into the Pastel Society of America's art competition this year and this is my entry!!
